Towing Solutions

Hayman Reese Towbars are designed, tested and certified to conform to Australian Design Rule-ADR 62, ensuring maximum safety and superior performance. Each towbar is complianced to reflect it's rated towing capacity, ie. Class 2 (up to 1100kg) and Class 4 (up to 4000kg). The rating and capacity of a towbar varies depending on the vehicle for which it is designed.

All Towbars mount directly to the vehicle's chassis rails and/or cross members allowing even weight distribution on the vehicle when towing and incorporate a detachable tongue/ball mount for easy removal when not in use. Made from steel with a black painted finish and supplied with all necessary hardware.

Class 2 Hayman Reese Towbars
The Hayman Reese Class 2 Towbar is designed for light duty towing, so its perfect choice for the small 4wd that will be used for towing a box trailer.

Class 4 Hayman Reese Towbars
Have a Boat or Caravan? The Hayman ReeseClass 4 Towbar is designed with heavy duty towing in mind. It has a rated towing capacity of 1500kg to 4000kg* with a heavy duty steel construction. The Towbar Tongue is easily removed for safety or to increase departure angle when off road.

Weight Distribution Hitch
For heavy duty towing, the Hayman Reese Weight Distribution Hitch provides a system to evenly share the load between the trailer and vehicle.

Electric Brake Controller
Electric Brake Controllers -- For use with electric brakes fitted to caravans, horse floats and some larger trailers.


We also have a available a ARC Pin Lock for the Class 4 Towbars, this is designed to save expensive Tongue and Towball replacement costs. It simply replaces your original Class 4 Towbar Pin and locks with a key. No More Stolen tongues in the local shopping centre!
